How long does it take to get verified?

Our team is diligently working through all application requests during this higher volume period.  Please be sure to upload documentation that is not expired and clearly visible (not blurry and shows all four corners) for our team to review. If you are facing any issues with the verification process, please do not attempt to register for another account using a different email address as that may cause further delays in your account review process. Instead, please reach out to our support team via the support request form here.

The registration email with the verification code isn't sending, why?

Check your spam folder for emails from hello@gemini.com. If you still cannot find it, you can resend the verification code with the directions below:
